 A Walk into Nature – We begin with a mindful journey, setting our intentions and leaving distractions behind. Be prepared for an hour of release.

Group Wellbeing Practice – Grounding, sense-making, embodiment, and flow—simple yet powerful techniques to reconnect with yourself and the present moment.

Lessons in Resilience – Learn how to navigate uncertainty with confidence, using tools from the Resilience Firewall to strengthen your mental and emotional wellbeing.
